Keeping costs low
We’ve removed the platform fees common in traditional trading so you keep more of what you earn:
- $0 Markets deposit & withdrawal fees: Markets does not add any extra charges when you move your money. Payment partners and networks may charge their own fees. See How to deposit & withdraw funds for the current fees by method.
- $0 account maintenance: No monthly subscriptions, platform fees, or inactivity penalties.
The trading fee
Markets App charges trading fees when you open, close, or modify a position:
- Advanced mode: a percentage of your total trade size (your notional), which gets lower as your trading volume grows. In the first tier, there is also a fee component based on the capital committed (your margin).
- Simple mode: a flat 0.10% (10 bps) of your total trade size. No tiers, no margin component.
Volume tiers (advanced mode)
Your trade-size rate is set by how much you've traded over the last 14 days. As your volume grows, your rate drops automatically.

Example
You open a $50,000 position using $5,000 of margin at a 10x multiplier, on the $1M+ tier:
- 0.04% of $50,000 (trade size) = $20.00
Total fee: $20.00, or 0.04% of your trade size.
Your trade-size rate updates as your 14-day volume moves between tiers. Your total trade size is your margin multiplied by your multiplier.
