Rewards system

The rewards system on Markets is designed to give back to you as you trade. Our ecosystem is built on three core elements: XP, Gems, and Credits. These work together to help you climb our 10-level ladder and unlock premium perks.

XP (Experience Points)

XP is your primary progress tracker. You earn 1 XP for every $1 you allocate to a trade, alongside bonuses for maintaining daily streaks and referring friends.

• Leveling up: Accumulating XP moves you up our 10-level ladder.
• Exclusive giveaways: As you reach higher levels, you gain access to exclusive giveaways and rewards.
• Account perks: Higher levels unlock permanent benefits like fee discounts and priority support.

Gems

Gems are our spendable in-app currency. You earn 1 Gem for every $5 you allocate to a trade, with additional Gems awarded for daily streaks, referrals, and leveling up.

• The Store: You can spend your Gems in the Store to purchase items like XP boosts, loss rebate tokens, and profile cosmetics.

Credits

Credits are promotional trading funds used when opening positions. 1 Credit equals $1 in trading power.

Credits are primarily earned through:

• Reaching new levels
• Inviting friends to join Markets
• Promotional campaigns or special events

Important Note on Credits When opening a position, Credits are applied before your cash balance. Any profits generated from trades using Credits belong to you. Credits are for trading purposes only and cannot be withdrawn as cash.

kPoints

kPoints represent your overall contribution and engagement within the Markets ecosystem. You can earn kPoints through various activities on the platform.

Progression levels

Markets features 10 progression levels, which you can track at any time in the Rewards tab. As you climb, you unlock:

• Increased rewards and giveaways.
• More opportunities to earn Gems and Credits.
• Cosmetic upgrades and identity items.
• Permanent account perks such as trading fee discounts.

Max level benefit At the highest progression levels, users can unlock premium features and trading fee discounts of up to 25%.
