How to add cash

Adding cash to your account is simple. The app will automatically display the best options available based on your location.

1. Tap the Add + button on your home screen or the Add cash button in your Portfolio.
2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit.
3. Select your preferred payment method.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete your transaction.

Supported deposit methods

• Debit/Credit card: Available in most countries.
• Apple Pay: Quick and secure funding in select regions.
• Local currency on-ramps: Fund your account directly using your local currency.
• Crypto: Deposit supported cryptocurrencies directly from an external wallet.

💡 Note on Identity Verification
While Markets does not require identity verification (KYC) to use the app, our third-party payment providers for fiat transactions may require it to process your payment.

How to withdraw cash

You can move your available cash back to your personal accounts or wallets at any time.

How to withdraw cash:

1. Navigate to your Portfolio and tap the Withdraw button.
2. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
3. Select your preferred withdrawal method.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your transaction.
