Account deletion

Instructions on how to permanently close your account and remove your data from the Markets platform.

If you wish to permanently delete your Markets account and associated data, you can do so directly within the app. Please read the warning below carefully, as this action cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your account:

  1. Open the Markets app.
  2. Tap the Profile icon located in the bottom right corner of the menu.
  3. Tap the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.
  4. Select Account Settings.
  5. Tap Delete Account.
  6. A pop-up window will appear asking you to confirm. Select Confirm to finalize the deletion.
⚠️ Warning
This action is permanent Deleting your account will permanently remove your Markets account and all associated data, including your profile information, trading history, and rewards.
Important: Any cash balances, open positions, or assets held in your account must be closed or withdrawn before deleting your account. Once deleted, any remaining funds or positions will no longer be accessible and cannot be recovered.

Can’t access the app?

If you have deleted the app or cannot access your account on your device, you may request account deletion by contacting our support team.

Please send the email from the address associated with your Markets account so we can verify your identity.
