Mobile app

If you need help with your account, a trade, or anything else, our support team is available through multiple channels.

  • Open the Markets app.
  • Tap your profile, then Settings.
  • Tap Contact Support.
  • Choose your preferred channel.

Tips for a faster response

  • Include your wallet address or username so we can look up your account.
  • If your question is about a specific trade, include the market and approximate time of the trade.
  • Include screenshots of the UI and of any error.
