Mobile app
If you need help with your account, a trade, or anything else, our support team is available through multiple channels.
- Open the Markets app.
- Tap your profile, then Settings.
- Tap Contact Support.
- Choose your preferred channel.
Tips for a faster response
- Include your wallet address or username so we can look up your account.
- If your question is about a specific trade, include the market and approximate time of the trade.
- Include screenshots of the UI and of any error.
